• First of all, to hide a post from your timeline, go to your Facebook news feed and then click the three dots (…).

• When you click the three dots (…) on a particular post you will get a list of options such as Save Post, Hide Post, Snooze For 30 days, Hide all, and many more. 
• Our goal in this article is to learn how to hide a Facebook post from news feed. So here, we will click “Hide post”.

• When you click “Hide Post”, you will get a reminder to snooze that particular post for 30 days or report a post. You can choose any of them which fit you better.

In this way, you would be able to hide a post from your Facebook timeline using desktop. Now let us see in detail how we can hide a particular post from Smartphone mobile

• Open the Facebook apps from your Smartphone. If you are not logged in then enter your email id and password to login.
• Now tap the three dotted lines (…) on any of the post on your Facebook news feed if you want to hide.
