I was looking for a property in Mumbai on numerous websites but had no luck because I couldn’t find anything for my budget. Then Google suggested the NoBroker website, which was believed to be one of India’s leading real estate websites. And, as you can see, I’m writing this Lodha Woods review because it worked. They recommended the Lodha Woods, and I clicked on it to view the Lodha Woods brochure, which I like.

I’ve been renting in Mumbai since I was a child, and I decided it was past time to invest in a home I could call my own. It was tough to discover the ideal property because it was either prohibitively pricey for my budget or lacked essential facilities. Finally, I found the Lodha Woods which was placed right in the heart of Kandivali area in Mumbai and seemed to have many amenities in the project as well.

Lodha Woods is an expensive residential unit in a prime Mumbai location. The project is located across 4 acres of land & includes 2 and 3-bedroom flats. The price ranges from a reasonable ₹1.88 Crores – ₹4.43 Crores. Mine was only Rs 3 crores when I purchased it. Some of the Lodha Woods amenities are:
